Boy, is 2021 looking bright! Formerly known as Total Comfort NWI, we are proud to now serve our customers as All-Star Service.
This transformation reflects our growth from being solely an HVAC company in Valparaiso, IN to a full-service comfort provider offering HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. For a long time, we had to tell customers we couldn’t help them with their plumbing or electrical systems. But after growing our team, we can now call ourselves the one-stop solution we’ve always wanted to be.
Why All-Star?
Without our history as Total Comfort NWI, we would’ve never been able to reach this chapter as All-Star. However, after years of providing service under the old name, we knew the name Total Comfort had run its course. So we decided to set our sights on a new name that better conveys our value and promise as a company.
As it turns out, naming a company is easier said than done! In the middle of the creative process, owner Pete Katschke recalled a phrase he would often hear from his customers: “You guys are all-stars!” He knew right then and there that it was the perfect fit—and the rest is history!

First and foremost, we want to assure our customers we are the same company you have known and valued as Total Comfort. From our management to our processes, nothing about our operations has changed other than our recent expansion into other services such as electrical.
