All- Star Service just installed a new furance,water heater,ac unit and a purifier in our home a few days ago. I highly recommend using them! Their comuncation was amazing! When one of their employees named Jason came out, he not only explained everything in detail to us,he would show us what he found. After deciding to go with a new furance we met with Peter who walked us through the prices and financing part, Peter had several options available for different prices and explained each one to us before letting me and my husband decide. The All-Star Team took about two days to do all the work, but they even went above and beyond and added some new duct work and vents to the livingroom and dining room to help evenly heat the house! Me and my husband were both very impressed and will continue to use All- Star Service for all and any further HVAC needs!

Our 20 year old furnace started clanking loudly on Saturday morning...... not good. Having no previous go-to vendor, we knew there was a local, Union Township firm, so we called and someone answered on Saturday morning. That afternoon at the scheduled time, All -Star Services tech, Sam did a complete review of that furnace and provided a comprehensive report of the unit, his findings, recommendations and a cost estimate. We decided on a new furnace and at 7pm Saturday evening, the Owner Pete was at our house with complete replacement options and estimates and we scheduled the install for Tuesday morning. By mid-day Tuesday, Max and Eric had the old unit was out and new unit installed and commissioned. A clean and efficient process completed by talented and client-focused techs. We do recommend All-Star Services for you HVAC service and equipment replacement needs.

Pete and team are wonderful. They reinsulated my attic which hasn’t been touched since the 70s. They are pleasant and professional and respectful of property. I have used them for years for my HVAC needs; i always feel well taken care of by them.

All-Star Service has been taking care of us and our home for years. They're always quick to respond and provide top notch service. Our purifier randomly stopped working, I called and they came out within the next day or two and got it taken care of. Ashley & Jason take great care of us. Always happy with their level of service!

On-time, professional and timely with knowledge and managed my expectations well.12.6.23 Just had our second install this time for a whole house humidifier and again professional work. They explained the new system and its maintenance plan.

Very polite, respectful, and arrived on time. Jason was also very thorough and explanatory upon presenting his analysis and diagnosis of my furnace's issues. Straight to the point, no sales tactics or annoying attempts to persuade as so many do.Currently waiting for estimates on a new furnace. Providing the quote is reasonable, I'll definitely have them install the new one.

Last year we had our furnace and air conditioner replaced and then had our furnace in the garage replaced. They did an excellent job. We have not had a single problem. When it's time for cleaning, they contact us and set up a time. They are always punctual and do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We received an all new AC unit last summer from AllStar with a warranty. So when our AC suddenly stopped working we were shocked BUT the All Star Team got out to our house to fix the very minor issue within 24 hours. Jason was friendly, professional, and informative. We’re very happy we went with them when we needed an all new AC system!

Wow. My technician was incredibly friendly. He gave me some tips on my Air conditioner that could help with humidity inside my home. I didn’t realize I had such a fancy system that my air conditioner could actually dehumidify. I would definitely recommend anyone this system because of all the features especially the dehumidify function.

I have used this business a while back. I remember they were very good. Hot water heater started leaking. I was sort of desperate, and remembered them from before. They were very responsive, and professional!!! Not that you ever want to shell out unexpected money, but they were A one!!! I do know if something goes wrong with something in the future, which obviously I don’t want, I will call them. Technicians were outstanding!!! Bar none, one of the best companies I have dealt with.

They came the same day I called, which shocked me. He was on time, very nice and was very knowledgeable. He listened well and got right to the problem. He also informed me about different maintenance things to do and took a look at my water heater that was leaking too. He discussed the different options and made it easy to understand. I would highly recommend this company! I will be having them back every year for maintenance on HVAC system.

The office was helpful and responsive in getting information on a humidifier and duct cleaning. They were able to schedule and come out quickly. The technicians were friendly, professional and did a great job. At the end of the install of the humidifier they walked through everything needed to operate it and maintain it. Their prices are competitive.Update: the humidifier had an issue with a bad part from the manufacturer (not Allstar’s fault or something they could control). They came out quickly, fixed it and took care of the problem without any problems. Great to see a company stand by their work and customers.Would use again.

Furnace went out Dec 23rd when it was 8 below, called at 10 am and he was here at 3pm in the blizzard. He didn't have the part but drove 35 miles each way to get it. Furnace up at 7pm.Highly recommend All-Star! 🌟✨

We needed a 220 line ran for a hot tub from the garage to the back patio. The staff was professional, punctual, friendly and efficient. The office staff always responded quickly and they scheduled the installation around my work schedule. I’m extremely happy with my entire experience and will use them again if the need arises and highly recommend All Star Service.

Always on time for anything we've needed. Never trying to push a sale. We get honest answers to our questions, they give us options and then give us time to decide. No pressure. We had a full new system put in with a/c a year ago and everything went fantastically. Install and clean up qucikly.

All Star came out during a snow storm and got our furnace up and running. While doing this repair they also identified another issue with the duct work that did not need immediate attention but would help the furnace operate better with increased air flow. There was no pressure by them to get the duct work corrected however, we decided to have the work done. They did a great job on the follow up visit and the furnace operates much more efficiently now.

All-Star Service is one of the best, if not THE BEST place around. They answer the phone no matter what time it is. Their customer service is impeccable. They constantly keep you in the loop. Every technician who has come out to our home has been respectful, professional, and has answered every question asked.All-Star installed a new furnace for us in 2020 in the middle of winter. They did not waste any time and had things up and running within 24-hours. They offered a finance option, which was a blessing.In January of 2021, we experienced an issue with our thermostat and reached out to them for help. They sent a tech out right away, identified the issue, and moved forward with fixing it.I cannot say enough about this company. I'm glad we found it and we will continue to use them for all of our needs while living in NWI.

Excellent service above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend utilizing this company to everyone. They have replaced my furnace and repaired my air conditioner. My service tech was Pete and he is amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed about the services provided. For both my furnace and AC, I was provided 4 different estimates for cost of repair from lowest to highest to choose the option that was best for me. I am highly satisfied with the results of my new furnace and AC repair. No issues whatsoever. If you want the best service that is cost efficient for you, go with All-Star Service.
